Applications are now open for participation in the Swedish-Ukrainian program WISE Ukraine – Women in Sustainable Energy, implemented by the Swedish Institute for Environmental Studies in partnership with LIFE Academy, Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute and the NGO “Women’s Energy Club of Ukraine”.

Objective: to strengthen women’s leadership in the energy transition and recovery processes of Ukraine; to support women professionals from the energy sector and related fields in developing leadership skills, building international professional networks and implementing projects in their own organizations.

Program components: online learning, trainings in Ukraine, study visit to Sweden.
Program duration: 14 months (April 2026 – May 2027).

Participant categories: women NPPs whose professional activities are related to the topic of the program.
Financial conditions: the organizers cover participation in the program, accommodation and meals during the training, travel expenses. Other expenses are covered by the participants.
