Sumy State University has concluded an agreement on scientific and technical cooperation with the Institute of Physics and Technology of Metals and Alloys of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine.

The signed agreement is aimed at developing long-term cooperation in the field of science, education and innovation. The document provides for the unification of the scientific potential of the parties to conduct joint scientific research, perform scientific research and development work, as well as implement modern materials science and technological developments.

Within the framework of cooperation, it is planned to:

implement joint scientific projects and programs;

exchange of scientists, teachers, postgraduate students and education seekers;

joint preparation and publication of scientific works;

participation in conferences, seminars and other scientific events;

assistance in the training of highly qualified specialists and scientific personnel.

The signing of the agreement is an important step in strengthening interaction between higher education institutions and institutions of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine and will contribute to the development of applied and fundamental research in the field of materials science and metallurgy.
