From April 6 to 10, 2026, Associate Professor of the Department Nadiya Kharchenko participated in the advanced training program "Effective Learning: Methods That Work", organized by the Center for Human Resource Development of Sumy State University.

The program lasted one week and was aimed at improving pedagogical skills, familiarizing with modern approaches to teaching and implementing effective learning methods in the educational process.

The training was held in a distance format using the Zoom platform, which provided the opportunity for active interaction with speakers and participants.

The program considered a wide range of topical topics related to modern educational technologies, active learning methods and increasing the efficiency of the educational process. Leading specialists of the university were involved in the training.

The final session took place on Friday and was the result of an intensive training week, during which the participants had the opportunity to summarize the knowledge gained and exchange experiences.

Participation in the program contributes to improving the quality of teaching, introducing innovative approaches to the educational process, and further professional development of teachers.
