On March 18, a webinar "Scientific Work Without Chaos in References" was held, organized by the Library of the Central Research Center of Sumy State University. The speaker of the event was Yana Fandikova, who shared practical approaches to organizing sources in scientific works.

During the webinar, participants got acquainted with modern tools for working with bibliography and formatting references. In particular, the following were considered:

• the role of reference generators in the preparation of scientific publications;
• the capabilities of the MyBib and Scribbr services and their application in educational and research activities;
• step-by-step work with the Grafiati tool for quickly creating lists of sources in accordance with the requirements of the State Standard of Ukraine and international citation styles.

The speaker paid special attention to the practical aspects of organizing sources, which allows you to significantly save time and avoid typical errors when formatting scientific texts.

The event aroused interest among students, postgraduates and teachers, as the issue of correct citation and management of scientific sources is an important component of academic integrity.
